Update January 2023

In 2022 Max’s Kicks For Kids provided 448 pairs of new, brand name sneakers to kids and families throughout Chester County, This is only possible because of the many donations we received in 2022, allowing us to continue our work to provide sneakers to kids. It’s just amazing the feedback we receive from our partners how a simple pair of shoes can raise the spirit and confidence in a child trying to fit in during a challenging time of their life. In 2023 we’re hoping you will again consider supporting MK4K. We’re also working to hold the first annual MK4K golf outing in 2023, check back for more details.

Update November 2021

Thanks to you, our donors, MK4K has been able to provide almost 300 kids with new sneakers in 2021. We continued our work with Friends Association in West Chester to provide shoes to families struggling with homelessness, and enhanced our support for Kennett Area Community Service. Along with those two great organizations, we also partnered with Dream Catchers, an organization that provides a therapeutic and educational camp session for hundreds of HIV/AIDS infected/affected youth. MK4K provided every camper with a new pair of sneakers which were greatly needed and appreciated. We can’t do this without you, so please continue to support MK4K and we will continue to pass along Max’s love of shoes to so many children in need.

Thanks to your support in 2020, we provided over 300 kids with new shoes! The pandemic changed back-to-school, but it didn’t stop kids’ feet from growing. More families than ever were in need this year. We were able to partner with four organizations to help these families: Friends Association, Kennett Area Community Service, Mighty Writers, and FSE Middle School.

2019 - Our first shoe delivery

We partnered with Friends Association in West Chester in the fall of 2019, to provide new shoes to 32 children in their programs. Friends is a wonderful organization that serves homeless and nearly homeless families, so we know these shoes were greatly appreciated!
